When you prepare or send an order, we may receive the vehicle model family, Product ID, requested key date, your support messages, and contact identifiers from Telegram or WhatsApp.

We use order information to check compatibility, prepare the requested Chery / Jaecoo ADB key files, provide support, prevent mistakes, and keep basic order records.

Payment information

This static website does not collect card details or process payments directly. If payment is handled through a third-party payment service, that service may process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.

Website data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed to provide the service, process payment, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or protect the site and users.

Retention

We keep order and support information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, dispute handling, accounting, and security purposes.
