Refund Policy

Custom digital files

Chery / Jaecoo ADB key files are custom digital files generated for a specific Product ID and date. Because they are personalized and cannot be reused, completed and delivered orders are generally non-refundable.

Before generation

If you contact support before the files are generated, we may cancel the order and refund the payment where possible.

Incorrect details supplied by the customer

If the Product ID, model, or key date you supplied is wrong, the generated files may not work. Orders generated from customer-supplied incorrect details are not eligible for refund.

Errors caused by us

If we generate files that do not match the confirmed Product ID or confirmed key date because of our error, contact support. We will review the issue and may provide corrected files or a refund.

Compatibility limits

Chery / Jaecoo ADB keys may open ADB access but do not guarantee app installation or locked-firmware unlocks. Refunds are not provided for limitations caused by locked firmware, unsupported variants, third-party tools, or vehicle changes unless support confirmed compatibility in writing before purchase and the files still cannot be used because of our error.

How to request review

Send your order details, Product ID, key date, vehicle model, and a clear description of the issue through Contact. Include any vehicle message or screenshot if available.
